“The Light Tower is a new icon by sculpting between solid and void using the notion of light as a design medium by creating canyons of light, depth through shadows, blurring boundaries through translucent materials and controlling light through architecture design.”

The Light Tower serves to showcase – through architectural and environmental branding – a new lighting company. The project identifies the essence of light and shadow through its main gesture; it is a building that is light, that tell the long story of light. Sited in a very narrow site with limited views, the interiors are designed to focus on the essence of light and the different environments choreographed from products of the lighting company. On the bottom floors sit showrooms and offices for lighting and furniture. The 33-room hotel is located from floors 6-20, with a hotel restaurant located at the top of the building.
