“To create a private and intimate residential building by engaging the corner site condition and lifting the units to welcome residents. Four slim towers – all at slightly different heights - rise from the cityscape expressing individuality and uniqueness.”

The urban towers are the luxury 21 unit residential development in Taichung, Taiwan. Each unit is individualized to create privacy and increase views on 3 sides toward the city and adjacent park. Recessed from the main volume and protected from the sun, residential lobby and commercial retail shops are on the Ground Floor. The building is mostly composed of typical 3 bedroom units and topped by penthouse units on the top floor.
