"To enhance the dining experience through the diner's architectural journey…"

This site is a home for so many different entities and design approaches. The Architecture are Heterogeneous, free standing buildings of different heights, shapes with neither historical tradition nor common standards. We find an opportunity to stand out by a bold and simple building.

The design of the new Fleur de Sel is inspired by the ambition of the chef owner to bring life with a new dining experience that goes beyond the typical spaces. The restaurant becomes a hidden gem that needed to be explored. A secretive garden is embedded in the left wing where in the right wing is cleansing transition space. Each space becomes part of the whole gastronomic experience.
