Taking the position that the best modern human invention is the urban city and the fact that 70% of the world population will live in urban cities by 2050, as architects we must embrace our role to re-imagine the approach to the current development of the modern city as we envision future urban and architecture projects.

Expansion of the living spaces transform the apartment unit into a “house” with an exterior “front” and “back” yard according to your needs. The technology used allows for seamless and effortless mechanical retractable system. In addition to protecting user privacy by blocking views into the unit, the window film also collects solar energy and provides it back to the users.

Living in developed urban cities has one major drawback – space. Entertaining and hosting are often resorted to third-party venues. We propose a vertical living environment that enhances the quality of living with luxury furnishing combined with, most importantly, maximum spatial quality.
