The cascading single family residence includes an attached lofted guest unit.  The streetside approach is quiet and private, descending to the front entry through a forest of trees. Contrary to the private street frontage, the hillside facade is directed to the views.

The design exaggerates indoor/outdoor living areas to capitalize the expansive views over the San Fernando Valley and mountains beyond.
